This long-established downtown San Francisco financial firm hadn’t touched their brand in more than a decade. Partners had come and gone, staff had changed, new operating philosophies had emerged; a refresh was long overdue. They tasked us with helping them develop a brand strategy, story and identity. We conducted a brand workshop with key stakeholders to identify and build consensus around their brand position and messaging. This focused their brand story and helped us understand who and what they were at a deeper level. This, in turn, gave us the background and leverage necessary to create a new identity and website, and to prepare them for more growth into the next decade.
